My One & Only Friendly Assignment Group

Let me briefly introduce my Web-Based Multimedia Application assignment group members with you fellow readers. We often interact with each other since we can't keep our mouth shut most of the time. When we discuss about our assignment, we don't merely discuss about our work, we usually make jokes and laugh. This way, we can get close to each other and get the most out of our minds, since we're not shy towards each other.

My First Semester in college

When I first step into college, sense of excitement and nervousness ran down my spine. Without the uniform, badges, name tags, I just felt weird. After the Mass call, I knew that I'm going to like this place, and so, my college life began that very day stepping into semester 1.

I didn't really start studying during the first week since we were only introduced to our courses. And at that time, I only knew that I would be studying 5 courses in semester 1 which comprises of  AACS1074 Programming Concepts and Design I, AACS1003 Information Technology, AAMS1634 Fundamental Mathematics, AEMS2032 Hubungan Etnik, AELE1133 English Language. The courses were the foundation for my programme. And as usual, you'll hear other students complaining how boring or difficult some of the courses were. The courses weren't the things bothering me, the duration of the semester was the one. I only have about 14 weeks to study all the 5 courses!!! Worse still, I've got assignments which had taken quite some time to complete, and there was the final exam. The final exam was the 'sole-attraction' of every semester. Some students was afraid of the exam, some were nervous, some were over-confident but I was just feeling normal- at least for some time.

When the final exam came I was stunned by some of the questions. Anyhow, I managed to cope with it and pulled it through for all the courses, except for Fundamental Mathematics. It was terrible if you'd asked me to put it in such a way I thought it would be. I guess I have no choice but to go and resit for the particular course but I can only resit the mathematics paper in semester 3. Honestly , my heart and mind totally shattered when I got to know of my mathematics result, it was beyond my imagination, despite doing revision the same way I did like I was in Form 5. Anyways, whatever I say or think right now will not change a thing. All I can do is look ahead, focus and concentrate on my objectives in life and to excel in life.

Well, that's enough for now, semester 1 is history to me as far as I'm concern, and I must convince myself to look ahead. Semester 2 is already here and I will do my best this time.
